I want to thank you for all the wonderful work you have done for me.
One of the main things I have learned through coming to your sessions is body awareness. Never before was I so attuned to the way my body works. I know you keep on saying “there is no wrong way”, but with my new awareness there are slight shifts, tiny movements that I do, or can do that make me feel more balanced, thus in general I feel better.
I always leave your sessions feeling taller and more limber then when I entered.
I also want to thank you not only for the body work that you are doing, but for your sharing with me the information, and explaining the work. This way both the body and the intellect remember.
I plan to come back for more work with you at a later stage. Till then thanks again, and best wishes.
